Service Description

A holistic approach to Counselling brings awareness to the physical, psychological, emotional, social and spiritual dimensions of your inner and outer experience. All these aspects are viewed as being interconnected and part of a greater whole that makes up your experience of being you. Holistic Counselling can support you in developing increased self-awareness, exploring a range of perspectives, gaining insight and clarity, and integrating helpful approaches to support you with what feels challenging. Several techniques and tools are used to bring client awareness and acceptance to the surface through talk therapy, mindfulness, energy medicine, breathwork, soul & dreamwork, nutrition & exercise review. Incorporating an integrative approach to Counselling, I journey alongside each client to explore and discover aspects of their multidimensional self and human experience. I do not see clients as damaged or needing to be 'rescued'. Instead, the focus is on uncovering, acknowledging, healing and aligning to their true selves - to live a balanced and meaningful life. Holistic Counselling is effective in treating and supporting the following life challenges.
