Psychotherapeutic Reiki combines Reiki healing and Psychotherapy to bring systematic attention to the relationship between mind-body-spirit. The aim is to work directly on blockages in the human energy field to modify conditioning and gently release held trauma energy. The treatment of psychological problems and conditions in the practice of Psychotherapeutic Reiki is organised around four treatment tasks - 1. practising presence 2. exploring the body-mind-spirit 3. releasing and clearing energy blocks 4. installing corrective experience Psychotherapeutic Reiki is a holistic approach that can help to: 1. Release trauma 2. Depression and anxiety 3. Emotional effects of chronic pain 4. Addiction 5. Life changes 6. Assist to identify life purpose 7. Identification of blocks and restrictions that are holding you back from living the life you deserve.
