The Crystal of Love
 
Rose Quartz is known as the ‘Love Stone’ because it sends off strong vibrations of love, happiness, warmth, and emotional health. It's energy is directly related to the heart chakra focusing on all matters of heart including self love, family, unconditional and romantic. 
 
As a point, rose quartz can be used for the following (note this is not an exhaustive list) - 
1. Direct energy to and from the body to recharge the auric field and chakra system, particularly the heart.
2. Powerful center point for a crystal grid to intensify the energy of your intention and your entire grid. (Wonderful for womens circles).
3. Meditating with a crystal point in your hands or placed in front of you will help to clear your mind of clutter, stress, anxiety and open your heart to love.
