Service Description

For young people aged 7-17 Young people struggle with anxiety, low mood, self-harm and suicidal ideation, along with lots of other reasons. This can be because of peer or school pressure, COVID lockdowns or it could be because of a neurological condition. Whatever the reason, I am able to offer a warm nurturing environment to explore their needs and explore challenging emotions using evidence-based intervention.
