Three Pillars of Reiki 2. Reiki Breath exercises to use in practice 3. Discover and use the three sacred Reiki symbols. 4. Learn how to perform distance Reiki. 5. Learn how to charge spaces and objects with Reiki energy. 6. Healing chronic conditions and everyday complaints. 7. Introduction to giving Reiki to animals. 8. Discover a channelled writing practice that will allow you to connect to your Higher Self. 9.
