It's recommended to check with a medical professional before embarking on any breathwork practice, and any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair the ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release. Soulworks will work with certain conditions using modified, gentler approaches, but this requires proper assessment and guidance. Please contact Soulworks before booking a session if you have a known medical issues.
