Carmela is a qualified holistic trained Counsellor, Energy Therapist & Trainer and Past Life Regressionist with experience working with individuals and organisations. She provides services on the Mornington Peninsula, greater Melbourne, interstate and overseas.

Carmela's counselling style is warm, respectful, open and empathic. Her approach is centred on working collaboratively with clients to ensure ownership over their counselling experience.  Carmela draws from a range of interventions both western and eastern, to meet the needs of each individual client to better understand and manage the challenges associated with mind and body.
