Holistic Counselling is a form of counselling that works with you as a whole person, not just the symptoms. It is client-centred, meaning it looks more deeply at an individual's overall physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, including life experiences, to uncover underlying causes. At Soulworks, our role is to be present with you and facilitate the process by exploring emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, social, cultural, and environmental experiences to discover and unleash your inner wisdom.​ We incorporate an integrative approach to counselling, journeying alongside you to explore and discover aspects of your human experience. We do not see clients as damaged or in need of being 'rescued'. Instead, the focus is on uncovering, acknowledging, healing, and aligning with your true self to live a balanced and meaningful life.
