Please read the Soulworks Essential Therapies Online Terms and Conditions before making any purchase from our online shop. By using our online shop service, you agree to the following.


Soulworks Essential Therapies Soulshop has been designed to provide you with a safe, secure, easy and inexpensive way to purchase our products online. Every effort has been made to ensure that the information given on our website is accurate based on information provided by our suppliers.


Our suppliers may alter this information and when so advised this information is updated by Soulworks Essential Therapies. In the case of changes affecting your order, we undertake to notify you immediately but are not held responsible for any changes made by our suppliers that we are unaware of.


It is important to us that you feel comfortable in purchasing products and/or services displayed on our website so please don’t hesitate to contact us beforehand to collect any information about Soulworks Essential Therapies Soulshop, products and procedures which you would not find on our website. After reading and understanding our Terms and Conditions before ordering a product, there should not be any confusion or false expectations regarding our products.

This agreement is legally binding under Australian law once Soulworks Essential Therapies Soulshop has received your accurately completed electronic order form with the required payment.


All purchase orders placed through our website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Soulworks Essential Therapies beforehand.


We reserve the right to reject your purchase order and refund any payment made by you, at any time. 


You agree that you will use our website in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.


The reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form of the Soulworks Essential Therapies website is prohibited for personal and commercial use. It should not be copied and/or shared with a third party.



Customer Obligations

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide accurate and correct information in their order including an email address, and a current, clear and detailed shipping address.

Business addresses must have a Business Name and Attention To Name attached and if a multilevel building, the level the business is located on plus a business daytime phone number.

If paying with Paypal, for security reasons we are required to send all associated orders to the Paypal invoice address, so please ensure that the postage address on your Paypal account is correct. Soulworks Essential Therapies does not take responsibility for orders that are lost in the post because the customer issued us with an old or incorrect address or has not updated their Paypal address details.

If the customers choice of postage is not available for their postage address requested, Soulworks Essential Therapies reserves the right to change the shipping method to another carrier.

If the customer gives Soulworks Essential Therapies an authority to leave their parcel unattended, the customer is responsible for any loss or damage associated with that request.





We make every effort to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to guarantee those product descriptions, or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Fair Trade Products


Due to the nature of handmade and natural products, some slight irregularities and blemishes may be present and are not considered as damaged. We do our best to control and monitor product quality before delivery. Soulworks Essential Therapies Soulshop will not be responsible for any damage after it has been sold and received by the purchaser.





Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds because you have changed your mind. However, we want you to be happy with our products so please give us a call or send an email and we will do our best to find a solution best suited to you. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.


If the decision has been made to return or exchange purchased products, you may do so under the following conditions:

You must notify us within a maximum of 7 days of accepting delivery of our product(s), by email or telephone, and make sure to arrange the return of the product(s) within 7 days after such notification.


We will accept refunds with proof of purchase within 7 days of dispatch under the condition that the product was unused, unmarked, not damaged and not on sale. The amount of refund or value of the exchange will be equal to the purchase price as indicated on your receipt.


If you are shipping the product(s) back to the Soulworks Essential Therapies, you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred and for arranging any insurance on the product(s) and shipping.


The products you want to return must be unopened, in their original packaging and in good condition or a refund will not be given.

Postage will NOT be refunded.


A copy of the original receipt should also be returned with the product(s). Upon receipt of the product(s) by Soulworks Essential Therapies, you will then be refunded the purchase price for the product(s).





Prices of products and other charges displayed on our website are current at the time of display. Our prices are subject to variation without notice. They are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.



Terms of Delivery


Soulworks Essential Therapies Soulshop will confirm your order by email once you have placed your order. Delivery of each item may be subject to its availability. Your product(s) may have to be sourced, packed and dispatched and if some items are not available, your order will be withheld until it can be filled.


Your product(s) will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days after receiving your order (excludes Public Holidays). Depending on where your delivery should be made, you can expect to receive your parcel within 2 to 10 working days. Subject to availability, Soulworks Essential Therapies Soulshop will deliver the product(s) you have ordered to the address you specify in your order form. Orders are processed and dispatched daily during business hours from Monday to Friday. Should we experience any delays in processing your order, we will contact you within one business day by email or phone.



Tracking your Order


When requesting Australia Post Express Delivery Service, you may monitor your order’s progress online once your product(s) have been dispatched. You will be advised by email of your order containing your consignment tracking number. It is very easy to track your order online. Visit the website with your consignment Tracking Number.


In the event your parcel goes missing, we firstly, will complete an AusPost investigation which it can take up to 10 business days to receive a response from AusPost.  We appreciate your patience in this rare event, and once we have been notified of an outcome, your parcel will either be found for delivery or pickup, or we will resend your order.



Back Orders


For out of stock items, Soulworks Essential Therapies Soulshop makes every effort to deliver your product(s) in a reasonable time. Orders can only be dispatched after payment is received for the product(s) and Soulworks Essential Therapies is satisfied with the integrity of the order.



Freight Costs


We use Australia Post to send your parcel to you.


Pick up is a FREE option if you live locally to our location at 18 Wensleydale Drive, Mornington, Victoria, Australia. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for collection. You can pick up your order from Mornington on weekdays between 9:30 am and 2:30pm.



International Shipping


Please contact us for a quote at: providing products(s) required, number of items and postal address.



Methods of Payment


Soulworks Essential Therapies accepts payment via PayPal and all major credit cards including VISA, MASTERCARD and BANKCARD. For bank transfers (please make sure your name is clearly stated on the bank receipt or the same name as on the order form).

* Please note that we have a 7-day payment policy, so if your direct deposit is not received within the 7 days, we will contact you via email to inform you. If the payment still is not received by day 10, your order will be cancelled.

You may pay for your order by credit card using PayPal. Once you have been confirmed the amount you have to pay to Soulworks Essential Therapies, you will receive a Money Request by email from PayPal. Simply follow the guidelines in the email.
